Arrested for Drunk Driving in Michigan?

Have you been arrested for drunk driving?  Before you voluntarily admit your guilt, you should have your case evaluated by a qualified defense attorney.

Many times, police departments fail to verify the accuracy of their breath test machines.  Other times, police officers pull you over for very suspect reasons.  Sometimes, police procedure is simply overlooked.

Drunk driving is a serious offense.  Do not simply go it alone.  Before you go to court, make sure you know all of your available options.  For a free email consultation with one of our drunk driving attorneys, please feel free to visit our Online Drunk Driving Consultation section.

Tip:  The preliminary breath test that you probably were asked to take at the scene of the arrest is inadmissible in court.  Only the results of the breath test at the police station is admissible in front of jury.  There are exceptions to this rule but generally the jury will not hear about the results of the breath test that the officer gave to you on the hand held device.
