The initial half-hour consultation (either in person or over the phone) is free of charge.

Individual Chapter 7     $975 plus filing fee of $299* ($500 initial fee with balance due before your Chapter 7 petition is filed)

Individual Chapter 13  $2,975 plus filing fee of $274* ($500 initial fee and the balance can be paid over time pursuant to your repayment plan)

We reserve the right to charge additional fees for cases involving more complex matters.  As a general rule, the less complicated your case, the lower your total fee will be.  However, for the great majority of cases, the above rates will be what you are charged.

*  You are also responsible for obtaining a certificate for the required credit counseling before your petition is filed and before you receive your discharge.  This can usually be done online at a cost of around $50 for each service.  If you desire, we can arrange the required services for you.
