No-fault tip:  Be careful who you talk to about your auto accident.  Oftentimes you will receive a phone call from an insurance adjuster for the at-fault driver.  Do not talk to the adjuster without a lawyer's advice.  Remember, their job is to settle claims quickly.  They may even offer you a quick settlement so that you won't seek a lawyer's advice.
